DMW superstar and honcho, Davido revealed that Wizkid inspired him to start his music career.

The compulsory lock down has given to so many revelations . From Sarz to Shizzi , Burna Boy and now Davido.

In a live session with DJ ECool , Davido said had told him..." there was a younger guy on the block and the guy came with so much fire"...

Davido attested to that as they played Wizkids hit single, Holla at your boy.

It is assumed that Wizkid and Davido are the Ronaldo and Messi of the Nigeria Music industry. Their fan base are almost equally shared but some others love them equally.

Simi finally Announces pregnancy , shows off Baby bump in video for "Duduke".

      Nigerian singer ,Simi has finally revealed that she and her husband Adekunle Gold  are expecting their first child.

  

      Since they got married in a low-key ceremony in January 2019, there have been served speculations that simi and her husband Adekunle Gold are expecting a child. Simi also fueled more rumors when she stopped sharing full pictures of herself on social media . The singer has now confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with her first child.

    Simi who celebrated her 32nd birthday yesterday beening the 19th of April, 2020 shared her new joy, pregnancy to the world in the music video for her lastest song "Duduke", she revealed her huge baby bump in the three-minute music clip in three scences.

Interveiwer: If you didn't become a musician what would you have been doing?

"well, technically in school studing cyber security science. So if i wasn't into music i would have been working in a bank or place s related to my field". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer : which of your songs do you think is your best so far?

"my second song tittled 'magaine' , i still feel the creativity in it". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interviewer: what got you into music?

" Like everystory goes in a music ,FAMILY. My Dad is a serious lover of makosa , the rest of my siblings are mostly into hip hop and RnB . So that influnced me at a very tender age, so i think the love of music got into music making". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: In a scale of 1 to 10 ,how good is  your new single conpared to your previous songs?

"well , i'll honestly give it a 7 though. I've got a new single coming stay tuned". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: Do you think you could get any better as a musician?

"Yeah, we all learn. Presently i've been picking up from the new acts making raves the likes of Rema, Fireboy, Oxlade etc these guys are giving me a new tone i'll really love to put in my creations". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: Describe you style of music.

"My style of music will be Afro fusion, Along the line i'll definitely get to mix Afro beat with other genres to show versatility. Basically, I'm a creative mind". - Zaddy sweetlife

Interveiwer: where have you performed? What are your favourite and least favourite venues.

"presently i don't do performances because i've not been invited to any serious event". - zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: Do you have any upcoming plans?

"Yeah, am dropping a project an EP 'GLOBAL ANTICIPATION' soon". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: If you could change anything about the industry, what would that be?.

"uhmm the politics in it". - Zaddy swewtlife.

Interveiwer: when you say politics in music can you exaplain that?

"The music is filled up with tribalism and favouritism as such most people don't get the attention they desrve because of this act and it's killing the industry. Lots of good talent out there but no body is willing to help them because of their background". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: who are your music idols ?

"Wizkid". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: How do you feel the internet has impacted the music business?

" It has taken it far from where normal individuals will, it's now a global village. With your phone or your PC we all have access to it so with the internet sales and promotions of music has increased". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Interveiwer: If you had one message for your fans what would that be?

"I would advice them to always be who they are . If you have a talent look for people who will motivate you  more ,people that you'll get inspiration from as well as doing good always karma is real". -Zaddy Sweetlife.

Interveiwer: finally, whats next for you?

"Next move is to take music seriously, get maximum promotions , quality produtions and visuals to my singles". - Zaddy sweetlife.

Davido Tests for coronavirus Again and the result is out.

Pop star David Adeleke, aka Davido, says the result of his second coronavirus test is negative. 

The "IF" singer took to his social media page to share the news with his fans on Wednesday. 

"I did a second test for the COVID-19 again. Once again, I'm negative ". He said. 

Earlier his finance, chioma, tested positive for coronavirus. 

She had just returned from a London trip with the couple's baby, ifeanyi, while Davido also recently came back from America where he cancelled his scheduled tour.  After which he did the first test which was negative. 

Following his recent close contact with the osun state governor Makinde who recently tested positive to COVID-19 there was a call for Davido to be run another test, which turned negative.
